Patricia Wartell is President and Owner of Wartell Consulting. Established in 2009, Wartell Consulting provides security design for private and public facilities to mitigate intelligence, espionage, criminal and terrorist (eg. IED, VBIED, PBIED, ECP and Chem/Bio) compromise. We provide advice and guidance to public and private organizations in the areas of Security Analysis, Risk Assessment, Security Technology and Operations with a focus in the areas of Explosives, Infrastructure Protection, Disaster Management, and Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear countermeasures.
Patricia Wartell has over 40 years of Intelligence and Security Community experience, as a Senior Executive and technical manager. She has a strong management background with technical and programmatic expertise in the MASINT, weapons of mass destruction, and physical security, and facility protection and certification arenas. She has extensive overseas experience including assignments in hostile and denied areas conducting technical and security operations
Mrs. Wartell retired from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2001, following successful service in the DST, DA, and DCI’s CMS with extensive DO and DI experience. She has extensive experience with commercial, not-for-profit, academic, and governmental sectors; leading and managing successful multi-agency programs and significant budgetary and planning experience and extensive contracting and acquisition experience. Following retirement, she gained substantial experience in the commercial sector most recently as a Senior Strategy Manager for business development activities in the Intelligence, Military, and Commercial market spaces for Veridian/General Dynamics and SAIC.
Mrs. Wartell is a co-founder of the Wartell Consulting Consortium. The Consortium, established in 2013, represents a trusted group of large and small niche companies addressing a variety of commercial and federal security requirements. Companies within the Consortium provide services world-wide, ranging from A&E to construction, from Counter Intelligence to Personal Protection, from Cyber Security to Physical Security, and all aspects of ‘special event’ venues.
Mrs. Wartell holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Wright State University. Clearances provided upon request.
